Where Can I Get Analytics on How My Published Presentations Were Viewed?

Hi all,

Within KVStudio, at the top tab bar, you'll see the Windows option.  Under the Windows dropdown, go to the "Analytics' selection.
In there, you'll see three different types of reports (Viewership, Interaction and Retention).  Within each of these 3 types, there are different graphical representations of the data (e.g., trend lines, various aggregations, stacked bars).  You can select the presentations that you want the information for by clicking on the presentation names on the right.  You can also change the Reporting Period of the period you want to view by altering the date ranges.
The Viewership Reports will give you counts of the number of views your presentation has had over the designated time period you select.
The Interaction Reports will give you insight into what types of functions your viewer took advantage of (e.g., did they zoom in on select slides, did they download your attachments, etc)
The Retention Reports will give you information on the % of time viewers are spending on the presentation, or on specific segments of the presentation.
Finally, all the data can be exported in CSV format, so that you can pull it into Excel or another source for further analysis or graphing.
Thanks, Sue Murray
