Hi all,

You may be in a position every once in awhile where you have created a project, added all your assets and synched them together, and then find you want to 'swap' out one or more slides for 'newer' slides.  If you need to do this, you can follow the steps listed below to do this.  For example, if you wanted to replace a new slide for a slide #18 (as an example) in a project where you ALREADY have synched the PowerPoints, here's the steps to do that:

- Open up your project in KVStudio. 
- In step 1:, you will see your full slide deck with the 'bad' slide #18 
- Use the 'UPLOAD' to add the new #18 slide to your project. 
- When you get to the question "Add/Replace", choose 'Add' . You will see the new #18 at the bottom of your slide deck view in Step 1: 
- Go over to Step 3: Sync, and go right to the 'Edit' button. 
- Jot down the 'cue point' that is for the 'bad slide #18'. (Let's say it is currently set to :52) 
- Now DELETE the bad slide in the Edit panel. 
- Now go to the 'More Options' box in the left panel and select 'Insert Cues' 
- Hit 'Unselect' to deselect all the slides from being chosen 
- But DO select the NEW #18 slide. And then in the 'Time' code area, enter :52.

This will then place the NEW #18 into the :52 time code, and the old #18 is GONE
